Kannon Museum

The Kannon Museum is a place where you can sense the presence of Kannon.

Following extensive repairs to its predecessor, the Hasedera Homotsukan, the Kannon Museum opened in 2015 with the aim of protecting and exhibiting the treasures that have been handed down at Hasedera Temple in Kamakura. By adopting video displays and digital captioning, the museum has transformed itself into a facility that points temple museums in new directions.
