“Asasuzu (Cool of the Morning),” Kiyokata’s elder daughter walking in morning mist in summer, is one of the most popular works in our collection.
This exhibition offers the opportunity to find attractive points of “Asasuzu” and to trace Kiyokata’s early career reaching this work.
