Finding Japan in Kiyokata’s Works

100 years ago, in 1926, the Showa era had begun. Through the turbulent times, Kiyokata had painted traditional culture, seasonal events, or beautiful sceneries to hand them down for posterity.
His works in the Showa era might convey his massage to the society at that time.
